Instructions for Microsoft Teams Collaboration - Available for Everyone
There is a dedicated Microsoft Teams platform for all teams to use. Do video calls, create a private Team channel, store working files and chat with mentors.
Throughout the Hackathon, we will be using Microsoft Teams to share announcements and provide a platform for team members to collaborate with each other. This is an optional service for you to get the best out of the experience.
You should receive a link to accessing the platform in a separate email soon, so please keep an eye on your inbox. The email will be sent from: aaron.chitaranjan@telstrademo.team
To access the platform:
• Accept the invitation to join, head over to Microsoft Teams and login - https://teams.microsoft.com
• If you are already using Teams through a different organisation, you can switch to the TELSTRA CORPORATION LIMITED Teams platform by clicking your profile in the top-right corner of the screen and switching.

As Round 1 submissions go live, here are some tips to assist you through the process -

1. Check who the team leader is for your team In the example below, the team leader is indicated by a small yellow key on the Submission Team for your Submission Card.
2. Only Team Leaders receive email from the portal for Round 1 deliverable submission (image below)
3. Click on the URL link provided in the email to access your submission
4. Submit the required deliverable fields (image below) and click Mark Complete
5. Alternatively, if you wish to navigate yourself to the submission page, go the below URL:

6. Then, click on the Clock icon to and click on the action labelled ' You have been assigned a Development action item for ...'
