MEET THE SHARK TANK FINALE JUDGES
R2 MENTORS LIST & PROCESS
Welcome to R2! We're excited to have you on board, and we're here to support you throughout your journey. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you make the most of your experience:
1. Send in Queries: If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance at any point during the hackathon, don't hesitate to reach out. Send your queries to TIH2023@team.telstra.com. Make sure to include clear and specific details about your query.
2. Query Review by Hackathon Theme: The hackathon team will review the queries received. We will categorize and route the queries to the appropriate mentors based on the nature of the question. This step ensures that you receive the most relevant assistance.
3. Mentor Review and Responses: Mentors, who are experienced individuals in various aspects of the hackathon theme, will carefully examine the queries assigned to them. They will consider the context and aim to provide insightful and helpful responses.
4. Email Responses and Resource Sharing: You will receive responses to your queries via email. These responses will contain guidance or recommendations from the mentors. Additionally, the hackathon team will share useful resources and materials on the hackathon site.
5. Mentor Sessions: Mentor sessions will be set up based on topics that are likely to benefit a majority of the participants. These sessions can include webinars, Q&A sessions, or workshops. Keep an eye on announcements regarding the schedule and registration for these sessions. Attending mentor sessions is highly recommended, as they provide an opportunity for in-depth learning and interaction with experienced professionals.

R2 DELIVERABLES AND PITCHES ARE DUE ON 2ND NOV, 2023.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR R1 DELIVERABLES - IMPORTANT
Download this guide, complete with screenshots on how to submit.
STEP 1: Submit your initial team card with friends, start a submission as an individual, or flag your availability and apply for a team.
On your Team Card, click 'Are you ready to submit your idea' and select 'Yes'.
If you don't do this by 4pm AEDT on Mon, 23rd Oct, then your submission may NOT be moved in back end in time, and will NOT have the right fields opened up. So tick 'Yes' early so we can move it. Email TIH2023@team.telstra.com with any queries. Late submissions not accepted.
STEP 2: The org crew will then update your idea to 'Selected for Hackathon' and unlock the submission fields.
STEP 3: You will then need to add more info as per the Guide (above), so please read it
STEP 4: Fill out the additional R1 submission fields. Here is a shortcut link to the fields that you will need to fill out.

SUBMISSION GUIDE
Here are some important submission guidelines you should keep in mind to ensure your project is eligible for the competition.
Working Prototype
All submissions must be a working prototype at required stage of the hackathon. Ideas or concepts will not be accepted or eligible for prizes. Please make sure to test your project thoroughly before submission to ensure it is fully functional.
Technology
Using the technologies mentioned while filling the form are not required but encouraged.
Slide Decks and Demo Videos
Slide decks and demo videos are not required but encouraged. They can help you explain your project and showcase its features effectively. Slide decks should be submitted in PDF format with your project submission. For videos, use youtube private links where possible.
Submission Deadline
All submissions should be uploaded here on the Bright Idea portal under your submission 1 working day before the presentations are due. Check the schedule below for the different rounds. Late submissions will not be accepted.
